Day 16-20: I haven't been posting...sorry

I'm getting very bored posting, even just a little a day. But I've had a really bad headache that hasn't gone away in days either. So, that could be it. As far as staying on top of my habits, I'm not doing to bad. Here are my results for the last few days:

No caffeine: Yes!!

25 crunches: Not really. Very hard to stay on top of that one. Monday will start another exercise week, and I'll start going to the gym everyday and walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Hopefully that will get me in the habit of doing more.

No candy: Yes!! I thought this one would be harder, but it hasn't. I've stayed off of candy all week, and still have a couple of days to go. Then it's just maintaining it.

Weight: Haven't the foggiest. It has stayed around the same I'm sure. If I start to lose any on a consistent basis, I'll let ya'll know by keeping track a little better.

For the most part it's not the habits I'm getting bored with. It's the blog. I've never been very good at keeping a diary. But I will try to start making a better attempt to keep it updated.
