Day 22: Week 4: 1 hour of exercise a day

This week will be my toughest yet. Whereas I thought the candy would be hard food wise, this will actually require that I get up and do something. Yesterday, me and my brother David decided to go for a walk to City Market, which is about 3 miles there and back, I'm guessing, but I'll let you know. Anyway, it took us about 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back. I was so stiff the rest of the day, I didn't think I could move. But it was good for me, and there is no reason not to continue. So, to give my ankles a break, and to mix it up I've decided this week to do a one hour workout everyday. That will either be walking, biking, or swimming.

No Caffeine: Yes!!

25 Crunches: No.

No Candy: Yes!!

1 Hour Workout: Yes!!

Weight: Gotta get this down this week, it's killing me.

Feel: I let you know by the end of the week.
