This is the end of this week, and I've done a really good job of keeping up with my habits. However, what I think I'm going to do, is post at the beginning and the end of the week. I just can't seem to come here and post every day, but I still want to keep up with everything I've accomplished. So...
No Caffeine: Yes, for the most part. I had one can of soda the other day, but nothing the rest of the week. I think that's pretty good.
25 crunches: No, I just can't seem to bother with this one. It's easy enough, I just don't want to do it every day.
No Candy: Yes!! I did really good this week. I didn't have one piece of candy, and I think maybe I'll be able to stay off of it.
Weight: 258, this is not good. I'm gaining weight, not losing it. I think I need to step it up a couple of notches.
Feel: I feel good about the habits, but I keep gaining weight. So, I think this next week, I'm going to exercise a lot more. Everyone walks here, especially in the summer, and so there's no reason I can't start walking too.
