This week will consist of staying off caffeine (although I did have one class of coke tonight) and adding one habit I'm trying to get into, instead of break. I'll be doing 25 crunches everyday. I want to slowly start in on doing a little bit of exercise every day, and breaking the habit of just sitting all day (between my work and home). Also, as it gets warmer, hopefully I can start my personal training that I get free from my job, and start on some harder stuff.
So, with out further ado, here's week two:
No Caffeine: No, I had one cup of soda tonight.
25 crunches: Yes!!
Weight: 256.5
Feel: Good, but I ate a lot the last few days I was off, and now I'm paying the price. My stomach doesn't feel great, and I added half a pound. But, I still don't feel too bad about that. I fully intend to stop each habit as they arise.
