I made it the week without drinking any caffeine. Yeah!! Next week, I'll be concentrating on an exercise one. I'll be doing 25 crunches a day.
No Caffeine: Yes!!

Feel: Really Good. I made it a week, so it couldn't have been all bad. I may even drink one soda tomorrow, then keep at it the rest of the week.
