Here's day one of the third week. This week I'll be staying off of candy. And I also need to make a better effort keeping off the sodas. So, no candy in any form this week, and then I need to maintain it. This week will be the hardest so far. Lately I've had a bad craving for candy. Mostly Twix, strange as it seems. So wish me luck on this week, and hopefully, I can lose a little by the end of the week.
No Caffeine: Yes!!
25 Crunches: Yes!!
No Candy: Yes!!
Weight: 257.5 Bad, Bad, Bad
Feel: Good today, I'm excited to be making it a little harder for myself. This will be a challenge. It's good for me though.
